Kaplan Financial Education offers a world-class library of online, self-study CE courses designed to satisfy your state CE requirements. Total Access CE gives you 365 days of unlimited access to our extensive library of CE courses covering current issues and fundamental topics. This innovative education approach is delivered in a concise, user-friendly platform including an interactive tracking system and CE submission to your state. Total Access is available for:
- All Lines
- Property & Casualty
- Life & Health
Most states have specific requirements about when Kaplan Financial Education reports CE credits. Therefore, you may notice a slight delay between the time that you completed your course and when your credits are correctly reflected with your state department of insurance. We generally report within three business days from the date the certificate is issued.
For most states, your certificate is available online within three hours of completing your course exam. However, there are some states that require an affidavit to be printed, filled in, and mailed back to Kaplan Financial Education prior to your certificate being available. Please check with your state requirements to verify when your certificate will be available.
All states require that you fulfill continuing education requirements in order to maintain licensure. To learn more about the requirements in your state, click here, and select your state of licensure to view your states current Continuing Education requirements.
It is not necessary for Kaplan Financial Education to report your CE credits to other states. Due to the laws of reciprocity, in most cases, if you are compliant with your CE requirements in your resident state, you simply have to notify your nonresident states of your good standing.
