If you can't access your course, please contact our Technical Support team by calling 800.824.8742, then choose option #3. Please visit the Technical Support page for current tech support hours.

No worries! Visit our Account Recovery page to have your username or password emailed you. If you do not receive an email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

Follow these steps to change your password:

  1. Login with the username and password supplied to you. Please double-check your spam folder when requesting a password reset.
  2. You will be brought to the products page.
  3. Scroll down until you see Additional Info on the left menu bar.
  4. From the drop down select My Account.
  5. You can now change your password and click Update Account.
  1. Click Login in the top menu.
  2. Choose your product.
  3. Enter your username and password.
  4. Click the Login button.
  5. If a security warning pops up, click Yes.
  6. On the left menu bar, click Online Access.
  7. The first time you login you will see the Terms & Conditions.
  8. Read the Terms & Conditions and click I Agree.
  9. You should now be in the Online Access home.

Insurance Licensing 

You're covered by our PassProtection™ program if you utilize Kaplan Financial Education's review class to prepare for a licensing exam. Please visit our PassProtection page for details.

Securities Licensing

You are eligible for our PassProtection™ program if you utilize Kaplan Financial Education's review class to prepare for a series exam. This program allows you to enroll your review course up to four times within one year of the date purchased. A fee of $100 for Series 6, 7, 65, and 66 and $50 for Series 63 will be charged for each enrollment after the fourth time taking the course. To qualify for this offer, you must provide written documentation of your exam results in the form of a pass/fail for notification.

CFP® Certification

You are eligible for PassProtection™ if you purchase a Live Review Study Solution. If you do not pass the CFP® exam after purchasing a Live Review Study Solution, you will receive a free subsequent Live Review Study Solution within a one-year window of time (three exam cycles).
To be eligible, you must submit your Official Score Report to fpexamresults@kaplan.com within three weeks of receiving it from CFP Board. All exam results will remain confidential.

Insurance Continuing Education

Insurance Continuing Education does not offer PassProtection™. If you take the course, you are able to take the final exam as many times as you wish until you attain the score you need.
